Do you have COAs (lab tests) for your products?

Yes! Every single one of our products is 3rd party lab tested for compliance and potency. You can find all of our COAs on the Lab Reports page, or if you purchased one of our products you can scan the QR code on the package using your phone's camera.

Can I order larger amounts than what is listed online?

If you would like to purchase a quantity not listed, please send us an email at support@happybudzhemp.com.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within two business days of being placed. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Do you ship discretely?

Yes. Scent prevention measures are taken and we ship in discreet packages with only the shipping label on the outside. The return address on the label will simply say "HBH" with our address.

Do you vacuum seal orders?

We can vacuum seal your entire order upon request.  You can add a note during checkout to notify us that you'd like your package vacuum sealed, or after placing your order, you can immediately send us an email at support@happybudzhemp.com letting us know you'd like your items vacuum sealed.

What will be included in my package?

Your package will contain your order contents, packing slip, scannable QR codes to view applicable lab reports, and a "notice to law enforcement" that describes sections from the Farm Bill and how our products are compliant.

Can I get a refund for my item?

Is hemp flower legal?

Yes. Industrial hemp is federally legal and all of our products are derived from industrial hemp and comply with all federal regulations.  

What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8 THC is a minor cannabinoid occurring in hemp in small concentrations.  

Is Delta-8 THC legal?

Yes. The 2018 Farm Bill specifically made hemp and hemp-derived products legal so long as they contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC is an isomer of CBD, a derivative of hemp and CBD, and a cannabinoid found in hemp. The Delta-8 products on this site are 100% derived from legal hemp and contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, making them compliant with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 and federally legal. That said, we cannot guarantee that this product is legal in your state or territory and it’s up to you to determine that before purchasing.

Can hemp flower make me fail a drug test?

Hemp flower has legally allowed trace amounts of THC in its natural form (please see our lab reports to view THC levels).  Everyone's body is different, but excessive consumption could potentially cause a failed drug test.  We advise against taking the product and recommend you educate yourself on the topic as we are not responsible for any failed drug tests in relation with the consumption of our products.

Can Delta-8 make me fail a drug test?

Although Delta-8 THC is legal, it may trigger drug tests that are looking for Delta-9 THC. We advise against taking the product if you need to pass a drug test and recommend you educate yourself on the topic as we are not responsible for any failed drug tests in relation with the consumption of our products.

Is it safe to use your products with other medication or supplements?

We advise that you speak with your physician if you have any health concerns or questions about the safety of using our products.

Do you grow your own hemp or manufacture your own products?

We do not personally grow our own hemp or do any manufacturing. We research, vet out, and hand-pick the farms, processors, and manufacturers that we work with. We have close relationships with several farms and manufacturers that we believe share the same passion for high quality hemp products that we do.
